One of the biggest misconceptions about coaching is that it's about someone giving you the answers.

I don't believe that.

I don't mentor to keep women comfortable or to make them like me. I coach from truth.

Sometimes that means asking the questions they've been avoiding. Sometimes it means helping them see the parts of themselves they've spent years hiding. Because until we can see what's really been running the show, nothing changes.

Truth can be uncomfortable.
