for a few people and that's why they're the rich ones with the big houses and the fancy cars. We're doing it all the time and actually you are an expert manifesto. You're incredible at doing it. But are you actually bringing into your life the things that you want? Or are you still repeating the patterns, the behaviours?
of what the things that no longer fit in your life anymore. And maybe it's time to make a change for the better. Maybe you need to come out of the current reality that you're seeing simply by going back and reconnecting to who you always were. And what do I mean by that? The version of you before we were given.
other people's ideas of how and who and should we be, act, behave, before society moulded us into the version that fitted their ideas, before the family gave you their perspective of what you should be doing and how you should be, before life itself literally blinded you.

So you couldn't actually understand, feel or connect to who you truly were the whole time. So as adults, we started to show up as what we felt we should be and how society would allow us to be.
Whereas the real version of you, that rebellion, the part of you that goes, I'm fed up with this, I want more in life, I deserve more, why isn't it happening for me? It's your soul inside of you, who you are. We are all souls having a human experience. And the human experience...
isn't the truth or the reality that you perceive it to be. Your perspective of what is going on around you, the view that you see, isn't the truth. And how do we know this? Simply by allowing three people or more, or even two, to watch an accident, to watch anything.
and then ask them what they saw or what they felt. And even the most horrific things that can happen, some people won't actually overreact. They see it for what it is, but they don't emotionally attach to it. So then you start to understand that everybody sees the world in their own lens, in their own way. And that starts with your thoughts.
But your thoughts come from your belief system because whatever you believe, the universe will make sure you see more of it. So what is it that you're creating more that you don't want more of? And what would you actually like to see more of that isn't in your current reality?

And time and time again, with all my clients, the first thing is, well, I want more money. I want more wealth. I want to feel more abundant. I want more freedom of time, of being able to spend it with my family and maybe go on more, you know, holidays. So where would you start with that? So today I'm just going to go over three really easy ways to start to understand
that we have complete control on not only how we feel but also the thoughts that create our perspective that magnetize to more of what we want or what we don't want and how we can actually start today just by taking action from the version of us that already is in that abundant life because
Actually, there isn't a different version of you waiting behind a door, hiding away, that's going to jump out and go, I'm the one that's got the million pounds in the bank. I'm the one with the beautiful big house. Guess what? Your business is so electric, is so on fire, and I'm the version. You're there. You're already there. There isn't a different version. All you need to do is embody what it feels like.
to already be that version of you. We know how our emotions affect us or don't affect us because we're very good at numbing them, aren't we? When we don't want to feel, we jump into every reason, distraction to find a way of not sitting and being with what we feel. So distractions...
become addictions, don't they? Because it's a very quick way. The telephone, the doom scrolling, the drinking, the drugs, whatever it is that you believe isn't good for you, but you go to just to numb this world out because your current reality doesn't fulfil you anymore. It doesn't make you want to wake up and pounce out of bed with joy and excitement.

And who doesn't? Because when we come to that stagnant state, because we are all energy, everything is energy. Quantum physics science will prove this again and again. So let's go back to the three things that you can do today. And the first one is actually acknowledging what in life doesn't fulfill you anymore. What are you afraid to let go of?
Maybe that's people, maybe that's environments, maybe it's a job that you are just so unfulfilled that doesn't actually bring in any money that brings you joy, it just simply pays the bills because that was me in my NHS role a few years ago. And what are you actually telling yourself about you every day?
Have you ever spent a moment or even 10 minutes just listening to how you speak to yourself in your mind? Because it's a crucial part of any expansion of wealth, of happiness, is to gain a better knowing of your own self-awareness. Because nothing can change until you do. And this is why so many people go through life that hit that end
with regrets and suddenly see that they did have the ability, they did have the vision the whole time. They just didn't feel confident. They didn't trust themselves. They were so disconnected from who they truly were that they couldn't actually create a life that fulfilled them more than kept them in the matrix. There's no better film to describe what is going on in reality.
But the more you understand about yourself, the more you can be honest to yourself about what's going on, the quicker things change and the universe will start to delivering you who, what and the hows will just become the stepping stones. You won't need to know the hows and you never do by the way.

We all want that map, don't we? And if I had that golden map, well I do, but it's done in a different format. So ask yourself, if the version of me had what it is I want, how would she show up today? What would I be doing differently? Where would I be hanging out differently? Because I can tell you this now, if you are still hanging out in the places that limit your capability.
that make you realise that you're not stretching in any way, you're not learning, you're not growing, you're not understanding yourself anymore because you're still around the same people, then you're not going to be, are you? You're stagnant and energy is either moving one way or the other and if it isn't, it's stagnant, it's a bit like a pond and it starts to die. So you can go backwards or you can go forwards. Nobody wants to go backwards.
But we often stay stuck here in this middle bit because we're too scared to take the leap into the unknown because you don't trust yourself yet. So the very first steps are ask yourself, how do you speak to yourself? What are your current thoughts? Don't judge yourself. Don't go down. you'll probably be really shocked just how vicious you can be towards yourself.
and then you wonder why you feel the way you do. And then just pick one thing that you love to do. And I don't mean it's got to be flying to Bali for the month, we all love to do that. I'm talking about something really clear and simple. Now mine, when I started my own journey four years ago, was just simply going down.
and making myself have time to spend time feeding the birds, the ducks. I would go down to a pond wherever I was and I'd feed the ducks and I was in bliss. But what I was doing was telling every cell in my body, feeling that absolute joy of abundance because I wouldn't just take a bag of food, I would take a bucket. So the birds were in absolute bliss. I was in bliss.

And I felt great and I just forgot all about my troubles, all about my worries, but I actually directed my mind to feel this is what I love. So the universe goes, you're feeling fantastic and you're feeling abundant and you're feeling great. Let me give you more. Let me show you how you can get more. Whereas you're probably sat there thinking of all the things and the most, well, horrendous endings to things that aren't true.
but your mind is going to show them to you. But you're not just looking at them and moving them out of the way and rejecting them. You're more than likely holding on to them and then picking them apart and confirming they're true. And you wonder why the ending that you imagined never really does it. It doesn't happen that bad. But you're not in the place that you would want to be. We often hear our minds control everything. Well, they do.
Your imagination is your biggest gift. It's your connection to divine source energy that will give you everything you need to know. You won't worry about having to make steps.
with the absolute knowing of wherever those steps lead, you will be okay. Can you imagine what that feels like, knowing? Having that self-trust, that ability to have that faith in yourself, that even though you can't see what's through that door, but you're willing to push it open and take that chance. That's the difference between a person that's successful, that has the wealth, the growth mindset,
to the version of you that sits behind the door, cowering, scared, and so afraid of the unknown, when really the unknown is only your mind saying, well, I haven't seen this before, so I'm just going to put a big alarm clock and flag this down for you. But it was never meant for you to go into that absolute fear fight flight, nervous system state and sit back down for the rest of your days.

You know you want more. You know you're worthy of more. Because you are. You were born with all the abundance life could give you. When you were born, you were screaming and crying and you just knew you had total faith you were going to be picked up, cared for, you were going to have your nappy changed, you were going to be fed. You knew and you weren't shy. But over the lifetimes of everybody else's controls, conditions, stories, beliefs,
we absorbed all of those and took them on as our own. So now we're seeing through those people's lenses that were so out of date and don't even live in the world that we do today, that how can we allow those programmes still to run us? You wouldn't have a phone with a system that was 20 years old. You wouldn't buy a computer and buy a programme that was 20 years old. It wouldn't even run it, would it?
The systems and computers now wouldn't even pick up the Pac-Man cassettes that we used to have, the Atari's. Do you remember those? We had to wait half an hour for some of those games on a cassette to upload. But we had patience. We didn't have that screaming, picking it up nowadays. We've got a three second memory. We're so impatient, we're not even able to appreciate what we've got in front of us.
We just want, want, want, want, want. And there's nothing wrong with wanting, but it's actually stopping and appreciating what's there already. So look how quick in the last 30, 40 years life has changed. So ask yourself, what can you go and do today? Go outside for a walk, get out in nature. And the reason I tell you this now,
is you know how good you feel afterwards after you've been for a walk in nature, whether it's the local park, the forest, the beach, wherever, because actually your nervous system starts to relax and that's where ideas will start to come to you from the questions that you're asking, how do you move out of where you are? If you don't slow the mind down, if you don't give your space in your mind, don't expect the answers to come in.

elevating yourself is all about expanding and making room for the new but also moving the old out. So the quickest way to do that and not to overthink go and do something that you love to do. Do it a bit more often but get a journal out and just ask yourself the version of me that's got what I want how is she showing up today what's she doing?
And what new places has she taken herself to? Did she go to that fancy five-star hotel for a coffee instead of Starbucks? Did she go and hang out at that new conference where actually she could have learned a little bit more about herself and meet more people that were like-minded? Or did she sit in McDonald's or sit in Starbucks listening to everyone moaning about what the current affairs are and watching the news? So we've all got choices.
So take those on board because over the next few weeks, I'm going to be given a really clear pathway and helping you align not only to who you are, but your truth and understand why everybody has this ability to create their entire dreams just by stepping in to who they are.
