Your Woo-Woo Side Is Your Power | Trust The Magic Within You

Episode Overview

In this episode, I talk about the part of you that you may still be hiding.

Your intuition. Your inner knowing. Your spiritual side. Your opinions. Your voice. Your truth. The part of you that feels a bit woo-woo, a bit magical, and maybe still feels too much for the life you have been trying to fit into.

This conversation came through as a bit of a rant after seeing so much AI content online that no longer feels real. It made me think about how many women are craving truth, depth and honesty, while still hiding the very parts of themselves that would make them magnetic to the right people.

I talk about why women suppress their magic, why burnout and frustration can often be signs of an awakening being ignored, and why it is never really about what other people think of you. It is about what you believe about yourself.

I also share more of my own story around self-doubt, bullying, shame, red hair, freckles, hiding from photographs and not trusting myself enough to be seen fully.

This episode is for the woman who knows there is more inside her, but has been keeping herself polished, logical, acceptable and safe.

Your magic is not outside of you.

It is within you.

And maybe it is time to let it be seen.
